HISTORY
Established as a family business in 1976 under Jinadasa Group of Companies. Having started in the apparel business the group was rebranded as CaSE Group (Crafting a Safer Environment) in 2022 following a strategic redirection in its business from apparels manufacture, renewable energy, logistics and freight forwarding into strategic investments and investments in the real estate sector.
CURRENT BUSINESS
Currently, CaSE Group operates in 04 industry sectors: Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Logistics, and Strategic Investment.
CaSE Real Estate sector currently owns and manages over 200,000 sq ft. of modern office space in central Colombo and suburbs. Featured with expansive parking space, these properties continue to have a 100% occupancy rate. Further expansions are expected in this sector with continued large-scale capital investments.
With an equal pace of progress, the Renewable Energy sector is involved in the development of mini-hydropower projects while contributing towards promoting green energy in the country. Providing the highest standard of service, the Logistics sector is committed to delivering innovative and flexible supply chain management solutions to customers.
The Strategic Investment sector of the group is focused on providing seed capital to startups while being involved in joint ventures and business acquisitions. With these business interests, CaSE Group continues to excel ensuring the best in quality and efficiency every step of the way.
